Demographic Profiles

Demographic Profiles provide more detailed information about the city and its community areas. The 2020 and 2024 update to the profiles is based on custom data from Statistics Canada and includes thirteen new or amalgamated community areas, which now align with general neighbourhood plan areas and other physical features. These are shown in bold in the first column while historic areas constituting these new areas can be found in the last two columns. Each of the profiles contains information about population, income, education, employment, diversity, families and housing.
