By collecting glass separately, the City will make it easier for residents to recycle glass, reduce contamination in the blue cart program, and ensure a safer working environment for those handling the materials. Glass collection will contribute to the region's waste diversion targets, bringing us closer to our zero waste goals!
Program Implementation:
