Any street banners displayed in the City require a permit, including banners which display public information and public events. Banners must meet the specifications as described Banner Specifications document. Banners must be dropped off at the Engineering Department at City Hall for inspection, approval and installation by City staff. Installation and removal costs will be billed to the applicant.
Permit fee: Fees for banners are calculated at the time the banner is inspected.
