Please note that each invitation for Mayor and Council is carefully considered, and due to the high volume of requests, requires a minimum of two (2) weeks between the receipt of this invitation and the date of the event.

If the Mayor is unable to attend, the Deputy Mayor will be asked to attend in ther place.
