Security Information Name Company Email Phone Special Event Permit requirement As public are invited to your event, you may need a Special Events Permit, permit conditions are as follows; Any public outdoor event, with attendance over 200 which includes participants, spectators and volunteers, does require an Outdoor Special Event Permit as per the Outdoor Special Events Bylaw, 2395-2015. If your event has attendance over 200, but is PRIVATE, it does not require an Outdoor Special Events Permit. If your private event extends an invitation to the PUBLIC, it is considered to be a public event and does require an Outdoor Special Event Permit.
