The City recently completed a review and update of the Community Amenity Contributions and Density Bonus Program. The intent of the program is to help achieve the goals of several City plans and strategies, including the Official Community Plan, Affordable Housing Strategy, Parks and Culture Master Plan, Transportation and Transit Master Plan, and the City Centre, Historic Downtown, UDistrict, and McKee Neighbourhood Plans.
