Public Hearing Comments

If you would like to provide feedback on agenda items, where there is an opportunity for public input, you may do so by:

  • emailing the City Clerk at cityclerk@abbotsford.ca
  • by mail to: City Clerk, City of Abbotsford, 32315 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC V2T 1W7
  • or in person to the City Clerk, on the 5th floor at City Hall.

The submission deadline is 9:00am on the Monday before the Public Hearing. Please note all submissions are a matter of public record. These submissions will be recorded in the meeting minutes and will be posted on our website.

Please do not submit comments via the Contact Council form as your comments will not be distributed to Council.

Bylaw Service Request

If you have a concern in regards to a bylaw infraction occurring within the City of Abbotsford, complete the Bylaw Service Request form.

When submitting a request for service, we ask that you provide the exact address where the alleged bylaw infraction has occurred if possible. If an address is not available, please fill in the free form section with a detailed description of the location.
