Old Yale Road/Majuba Hill – Landslide Repairs

The Majuba Hill landslide repair project will repair a landslide that occurred on the Old Yale road during the 2021 flood event.  Currently, Old Yale Road is reduced to one alternating traffic lane due to the extent of the landslide. Once repairs are complete, Old Yale Road will be restored to one lane in each direction. 

Construction and Road Closures:

Please be advised that there is construction scheduled on Old Yale road from Early February, 2025 to Early March, 2025.  

The road will be fully closed to closed 24 hours per day 7 days a week to the public and traffic during construction. Large equipment and Dump trucks will be active on the road. Residents are encouraged to use Yarrow Central Road and Boundary Road as a detour.
