This could include City venues (Matsqui Centennial Auditorium, recreation centres, or parks), partner venues (The Reach Gallery Museum, Libraries, or Kariton Art Gallery), or third-party community organizations. Please note that the selection of City and partner facilities is based on availability, and will be confirmed between successful applicants and City staff.

By submitting this form, you agree to the terms of this contract and the following:

  • You represent and warrant that you are the creator of the work submitted and that you have the copyright to the artwork.
  • If selected, you agree to grant the City of Abbotsford the right to use the artwork photographs for promotional and/or documentation purposes of the event/exhibition.
  • If selected, you agree to have your artwork reproduced on the City of Abbotsford's website and other media for publicity purposes.
  • If selected, the Artist(s) shall sign a legal contract with the City of Abbotsford.
  • You understand that submissions received without all the items required and without the proper file naming format will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed by the panel.
