Current Vacancies
Appointments are made by City Council every two years, or as vacancies arise. Terms of appointments are two years to a maximum of six consecutive years on any one committee, unless otherwise resolved by Council. Please note that all committee meetings are held during regular business hours.
The City is currently recruiting for vacancies on the following Committees:
- Agricultural Advisory Committee
- One member from the farming industry (e.g. berry, dairy, greenhouse, poultry or other farming type)
- Accessibility and Equity Advisory Committee
- One member who are persons with disabilities or who support persons with disabilities, and who reflect the diversity of persons with disabilities in British Columbia; and
- Two Members-at-Large
- Board of Variance
- One Member-at-Large
- Public Safety Advisory Committee
- One Member-at-Large
